Pole Rentals

Renting poles is a great option to provide greater flexibility for limited budgets and to accommodate unique needs. You can see our inventory and reserve below, or contact us directly for help choosing the right option based on availability.

 Key benefits of renting a pole are:

• Poles of the same length and type may be swapped for no additional fee – exchange must be coordinated through GVPV.
• There is only a slight upgrade charge for exchanging for poles of longer lengths.   (All exchanges are done on a first come first serve basis within the existing GVPV pole inventory.)

The terms and conditions listed here are not exhaustive and are superseded by the terms included in your rental agreement.  Please read the rental agreement before paying for your rental.

• Renter is responsible for pick-up and delivery of equipment from Milwaukee, shipment is unavailable.
• Renters understand that pole vaulting is inherently a dangerous sport and accidents including equipment failures cannot be guaranteed from occurring.
• Renter assumes all liability for any injury or death that occurs during use of rental pole and will indemnify GetVertical Pole Vault.
• Renters assume responsibility of the equipment, and are responsible for the replacement cost of the pole if the pole is lost or broken.
• All poles are provided in good working condition. Renters assume responsibility of the equipment, and are responsible for the replacement cost of the pole if the pole is lost or broken. Any cracks, dents, spike scratches or breaks will require replacement at the cost of the renter. Specific pole replacement cost varies by pole ($350 - $1,100) and will be at the existing market rate for like replacement minus the rental deposit amount.
• If a renter wishes to purchase the pole(s) during the rental period, 75% of the rental amount and 100% of the rental deposit amount will be applied to the purchase price.  Any accumulated late fees are deducted prior to being applied to the purchase price.
• Renter is responsible for pick-up and delivery of equipment, shipment is unavailable.
• Poles are held for 24 hrs until payment is received before being released to other prospective renters.  Rentals that have have been paid are guaranteed for the rental period.
• Poles returned more than 3 days beyond the contracted date are subject to additional monthly rental fees.
• Renters will be required to pay a deposit to ensure the pole(s) is/are returned on a timely basis, any late fees will be deducted from the deposit. 
• Poles may be swapped at any time for a pole of the same length for no additional fee. Exchange must be coordinated through GVPV and is based on current availability. There maybe a slight upgrade charge for exchanging to poles of longer lengths.
• Pole tape may be removed or replaced by the renter.  Any pole tape or other markings added by the renter must be removed prior to return.
• The GetVertical Pole Vault sticker or any other identifying marks may not be removed or covered.
